On that whole "Qrow is Ruby's Dad" theory

Qrow: I'm bad luck

Juane: So does that explain Ruby?

Ruby and Qrow: ...what?

Juane: C'mon you can tell us

Qrow: *sweating* I don't know what you're talking-

Ruby: Dad, I'm calling you to tell you Uncle Qrow died.

Taiyang: Are you sure? He's not just comatose from too much alcohol? Or sleeping?

Ruby: Dad! I watched him die! Like he was poisoned and coughing up purple liquid.

Taiyang: Yeah, I've seen this before. Reach into his back pocket and grab his flask, then tip out the whisky.

Ruby: Dad this is not the time for jokes! Uncle Qrow is dead!

Taiyang: Just do it.

Ruby: Fine! We were going to pour one out for him at the next village anyway. *proceeds to do as told*

Qrow: What the fuckity fuck fuck do you think you are doing missy?!

How Ren and Nora act when they’re alone.

I don’t know if someone has pointed this out yet, but have you noticed  how these two are when they are alone? We haven’t seen much of them when they’re not around others, but this is what I noticed from this tiny moment we had!

They show more openly their worry for each other.

 “I got you here, don’t i?” This honestly shows how strong their friendship is, how openly they can talk about their feelings in front of the other. They were also sharing cute little smiles and looks.

And oh don’t let me get started on how much ren changes he is the one who changes the most, in my opinion.

You can totally see how comfortable and relaxed he is arround Nora

“Yeah, very funny”. He even jokes a little, and smiles more. 

My point is that, how ever you see it, platonic or in a romantic way, ren and Nora have a truly strong, caring and sweet relationship.
