Does Bruno call Alec "friend", or does he refer to him with another nickname? :] 💖
Oh oh! I love this cause I literally have just been thinking about this!
So while he’ll still call him “friend” when generally talking, but if he’s trying to poke fun or be a bit more personal he’ll call him “cowboy” because it’ll usually get a response from Alec.
He also calls him “cowboy” specifically to call out moments where Alec lets out his southern Texas-ness, either with his accent slipping or if he uses dumb colloquialisms lol (it’s not really done in mocking, more just cause Alec hates letting the southern accent out and Bruno thinks it cute to fluster him up by calling it out lol)
Though if it’s a more serious moment or if they’re together privately, he’d just call him by his name! Because to me, it takes a good level of connection for Bruno to just, use someone’s name, and names are best used for certain situations!

Speaking of playing dress up I was playing around with ideas in my head earlier of potential HAUS themed looks for Bruno (and my oc) cause I think we were robbed of potentially interesting skins lol
So I just finished my first pass run through of Haus, I quite enjoyed that! The aesthetic is *chefs kiss* phenomenal, and I absolutely detested the grassy neighborhood(it literally made my skin crawl). The premise was nice, I kinda wish there was more, it just felt like it went by too fast and I was vibing with the nonsense!
I also just really appreciated that all the enemies are just all rocking gimp suits and I audibly laughed when a crusher crawled out of a tv with full latex wear lol
Because I have to be normal about all things, ya’ll got HCs for when the Slayers were born? Cause I’m just here pondering stuff for my own prosperities like,
“I know Bruno is a Cancer (June 22 is what I have in my head) and Dani’s an Aries (let this woman be born on April 1, she’d love that shit)…”
But I haven’t had thoughts enough about the others to form full opinions. Does this matter? NoYES, but I like to think about stuff like this lol

Info Dump/Random Blurbs:
-He has a bit of a Texas southern accent, which he tries his best to hide it, but it comes through sometimes and he hates it. (He’ll get pouty if it gets pointed out lol)
-He’s generally kinda solemn and apathetic, but he’s pretty chill altogether. He’s just dealt with bullying/abuse from his dad when he was a kid so he’s pretty walled up when it comes to other people. He’s got a bit of an angry streak, just generally peeved by the fact he’s having to deal with the zombie shit on top of dealing with being immune(he will just beat the fuck out of zombies with his bare hands sometimes to get it out), but he tries to not be outwardly aggressive to other slayers/survivors. Get past his walls, and he’s a bleeding heart and a teddy bear. He’ll fight through hell for the people he cares about.
-He has somniphobia and REALLY bad insomnia, and tends to stay awake for days at a time. He had chronic nightmares as a kid and then after many years of abuse from his dad he just doesn’t sleep well…at all. It takes a lot to get him to actually sleep. Prior to zombies he would use weighted blankets and medicine to crash. After zombies, he will only sleep if someone is with him and preferably laying on top of him.
-He is a Numen. I like the idea of the some Numen being like the apex variants but more able to tame the beast so to say. I feel like I want to make him akin to the ferocity and aggressive feral-ness of the butchers, cause I think it would fit. He is in general control, still gets the headaches and the regular autophage surges, but if he stays up too long and hits the point where he just crashes or passes out, he will go feral without being able to control himself, almost like he’s sleep walking but…you know…sleep feral zombie-ing(he’s not allowed to stay awake longer than a day or two after they figure this out)
-He has a sister that he lives with. They moved from home because of a hellish home life, and basically cut ties with their family.(Classic abusive parent garbage) She survived the outbreak and they are holed up in her tarot shop.
-He can read tarot, but you really don’t want him to…
-Fun Fact! While not the one who did it, Bruno is the reason Alec lost a chunk of his ear and got the scars on his face.
