ASK QUESTIONS. 

1) if your class has participation marks, this is how you get it

2) it shows your prof you’re actually ~engaged~ and care abt the material they deliver, never hurts to improve on their perception 

3) just do it. even if you’re 99.99% certain you get the content, bc you stand to lose nothing if you reaffirm that. who knows, maybe there were little flaws/incorrect assumptions on your part, or maybe your prof explained it to you in a totally different way of thinking, and grasping that MAY help with future exams/assignments. 

and also, someone’s probably going to be grateful bc they were confused but too afraid to ask.

This seems like as good a time as any to start collecting arbitrarily specific stuff, simply for the joy of it. Once upon a time, it was stamps or coins in big, heavy books. These days, it’s Furbies or rocks in zeroes and ones on our screens. We all collect the less tangible—memories, failures, (friend)ships, memes. There’s a ton of collections we love on Tumblr: there are dreams turned into merch ideas, text memes from D&D (click below for a comprehensive analysis of the himbos therein), collections of date-specific memes, an archive of cats on synthesizers in space. so i actually read & finished this book last week, but it’s taken me a hot minute to fully process and compartmentalize my feelings. this book broke me, stitched me back together and then broke me again. 

- when venka died?? i wanted to chuck the book across the room bc i cannot hANDle the ambiguity. i’m going to pretend i never read rin’s dialogue bc she cANNot be a spy for nezha. i hate it here.

- i’m still confused as to how the letters got there? was it really venka? my mind refuses to believe that but i’m also too braindead to come up with anymore viable theories 

- i honestly thought that the dragon controlling nezha would be riga, but i was pleasantly surprised

- when nezha protected rin and rin’s first instinct was to check whether or not he was okay (i’m not crying you are)

- when bby girl went back to tikany and cried for tutor freyik,, man i just wanted to jump through the pages and hug her ugh

- when she started embracing her southern identity !! yes girl be proud of who you are

- when rin couldn’t kill nezha

- when nezha said he never wanted to kill rin

- when kitay chose to go with her; honestly i want a platonic relationship that good to Happen Already
