As someone who has bpd as well, I'm curious: Do you feel like you aren't real or that everything around you isn't real?

Yes! All the time. I feel so out of everything. Am I even alive? Is this all a dream? It's weird to think about but honestly yes. I don't feel like anything is real and I space out so often about things. Am I stuck? I feel as if I have no knowledge of anything being real or there.
