Remember to set your goals and be present! It's going to be hard and you're going to have to fight for it, but You CAN and WILL do it with discipline, consistency, and being strong while pushing yourself!
I have weight I want and need to lose and I'm getting back in a mindset to get it done and gone! I'm so over the weight I gained due to a medication. I am starting to feel more motivated and able to discipline myself better.
My goals are:
To eat less (as I was eating a lot) and only healthy foods.
Cut out junk, sugars, sweets, etc.
Workouts everyday if I can! Or Yoga for sure!
Drink more water.
Tea, Coffee and zero sugar drinks as side drinks.
Get 8,000 to 10,000 steps daily.
Do more around the house to burn extra calories.
Take vitamins. Maybe a fat burner?
Chew gum, or do something when I feel like snacking.
Weigh myself to keep track.
Use foodvisor and log my food intake.
Look on pinterest for inspo to keep me on track and so I don't forget the goals I want to achieve.
Remember this stuff takes time and I need to be patient but also push myself hard.
Well that's enough for more. I'm sure I have more but that will come.
But I can't give up! I need this.
