i want all the manufactured, mass-produced, brain-numbing industrialized junk to disappear. so i use salvaged materials, reclaimed things, animal pieces that i pulled lovingly off the road or harvested myself for sustenance. i do what i can to offer quality adornments and utilitarian goods to those who choose to live outside the forest. i spread love with every piece, and hope you feel the peace of the forest as you open up your package. i have an etsy shop @ catamountprovisions.etsy.com

Making reclaimed leather journals, and decorating handmade-paper covers with henna. <3 The two leather journals get antler toggle closures.

Crafting Felted Jellyfish

I turn basic felted wool bowls into colorful, tentacled jellyfish. This is just the beginning! It gets many more fine tentacles beyond these thicker middle ones. <3

Two-Color Zig-Zag Binding

Gets a little crazy working two needles at once, but I like the way it turns out. I think it complements the henna design on the covers well. What do you think?
