i'm actually going to cry. the designs gave me such low expectations for this new run but seeing the preview enlightened me ever so slightly (VERY MUCH)

this front page is literally perfect 💔

initially their description of archie threw me off but i can just TELL loser archie is SO BACK!! LOSER ARCHIE I LOVE YOU!!

the archies are front and center in his dream. EVERYONE IS PRESENT!! MY MANS REGGIE IS PRESENT!! i am still skeptical on the angle they well take him but his presence in the VERY FIRST panel is giving me hope. still sad they didn't include him in their design sneak peek 😔

i am really digging this messy style. i love that each panel feels like it's a cluster fuck in the most organized way possible. it feels very archie. you can tell he's rushing and scrambling and not all there and i love it.

and not ONLY that, but ronnie in fabio's style looks oh so much better to me than she did. i'm a big fan of them giving betty her tomboyishness in full force. yes!! that's my mechanic!! hopefully she gets to be feminine too. i mean her truck is pink so i have hope!

this is a step in the right direction and unfortunately my money might be going out the window when this run comes out

This one was elite. Veronica scheduled dates with Reggie and Archie at the same time and wanted to find a way to get out of the date with Archie, so Betty recommended she dress ugly. But it turned out to be a trick so Betty could go on the date with Reggie, seeing as she knew Archie would love Veronica no matter how she dressed

It’s not often they fight over Reggie instead of Archie so it made me giggle. Also Varchie/Beggie is simply the best ship combo so big W for Pep Squad enjoyers

i said no and he asked why and i said "its a boring issue"
