I picked up Essie's new gel polish last week and wasn't really expecting much. 7 days later and I'm still chip free! I don't know if it's the top coat or the polish formula or both, but I am pleasantly surprised!

Someone a few streets over was setting fireworks off until midnight. Aside from that being incredibly inconsiderate to people trying to sleep, there’s a 600+ acre wildfire burning about 40 minutes west of here. We can smell the smoke and we’ve on and off of fire watches since Saturday. With all that going on, what would possess someone to be like “huh, it’s 11:30pm on a Monday! Perfect time to launch some fireworks!”

"There aren't two sets of keys for those parcel lockers." - Post Office employee on the phone this morning. Apparently there are and my delivery is missing. I don't know if a neighbor who also had key 15 took the box by accident or if it was put in another locker but I just want my damn shoes!
