Just about a year and half and I’m down 40lbs. I’m not to my goal weight, but I’m pretty happy with myself. Despite all the negativity, doubt, medicine, and medical conditions I would like to think I did a kickass job.

Happy Father's Day to one hell of a guy! You've put up with me for 26 years. I know for a fact it hasn't been easy. I know there have been times that you really didn't like me, but thank you for always loving me. You are hardworking, giving, understanding, and forgiving.
