Not trying to sound rude or whatever but I've seen a lot of people questioning if The creator (neko) used generative ai to some backgrounds mostly the cafe

Since they have seen extra details and Other things that aren't supposed to be "there"

I just wanted to know if it's true or not because of them putting out random accusations on the internet :( (I really love ur art style neko!)

No AI of any kind is used in any part of the game.

Just one very overworked cat (Neko). Fortunately, Destiny will be assisting with backgrounds and a few comics to help take some of that work off Neko!

Neko: Fun fact: I had a lot more time to work on MC's room and the café (and the café was supposed to be much bigger) because they weren't for this game, haha

Keep in mind that 'scary' is a very ambiguous word and one person's idea of what's scary may be very different from another— and again, this is just comparative between each troupe member and they all very well might be terrifying in their designs!

We'll just have to see if our opinions are correct when Neko releases the designs! :D
