Hi, and you’re welcome! I love archiving web graphics so it means a lot that people find it helpful.

Also I have made graphics in the past! Personally, I find a template and/or make whatever I want in ibisPaint by saving the individual frames and putting them into ezgif to animate them.

Now, while I don’t have the spoons to make a cohesive full-length tutorial right now, I will link some other blogs’ guides and some templates.
