Guys , I entered void state and fudge! it was so easy 😭
Short story about how it happened :
Okay so I was scrolling through reddit where I saw success post of someone telling they shifted to marvel universe yayy . So about how they did it was just laying down and relaxing and affirming that "I'm in void state" and and "I can go in void state on command"
I thought hell!! Sounds so simple so i just went straight to bed And did some breathing things. After I was relaxed I affirmed like "I'm in void state" "I have entered the void state" . I felt itchy some time but I knew it's my brain making sure that my body is asleep. So I just ignored it and focused on affirming to trick my brain in thinking that body is asleep . And tada!!!! I was in void state!!!!!! I manifested jambalaya to eat lol!!
(This is only how it worked for me you guys don't have to follow it , and do whatever is comfortable for you ♥️ )

IT STILL DON'T REGISTER IN Y'ALL HEADS??? why is tht? we literally tell y'all like it is, and y'all like y'all searchin for a specific answer, so you refuse to accept the fact that the void state is just a 🙌🏽 state of consciousness 🙌🏽 LIKE ANY OTHER STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS.

y'all are reading this post cuz you are conscious, and y'all are aware that you are reading a post, becuz you are aware of your surroundings, and most of us use our 5 physical senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell, touch. pure consciousness is simply you being conscious, but without any physical awareness, and you aren't using your 5 senses.

now, the "void" state is extremely easy to induce. as in, there are many ways to induce pure consciousness. however, the main way to induce this state is to detach from what you're experiencing/physically feeling. stop hyperfocusing on your surroundings and how your body feel and be in the moment with your thoughts. the only reason why some of us get "kicked out" of the void state is because our awareness is suddenly placed on our surroundings or our bodies. stay calm. you're literally fine. when you try to feel your body, you will tap out of the state because you're bringing awareness to what you're experiencing/physically feeling. that's why you must stay relaxed and still to stay in this state of consciousness.
relax your body -> focus on the darkness behind your eyelids -> affirm/daydream/think -> pure consciousness

ahh yes... desperation. one of our biggest enemies... followed by impatience... followed by our doubts... and the cycle repeats. but where was this desperation rooted? at the thought of getting all of your desires instantly? at the idea that the void state is hard to achieve, and you must do everything right to "get in" to get your desires? where is your desperation rooted?
and then there's fear....... the biggest enemy here.
what exactly are you scared of? failure? living a new dream life in the outer world? what is making you fearful?
if you're fearful of not being able to induce the void state awake, tht's doubt. if you're fearful of time running out on you, tht's desperation and impatience. fear is the main source of those other feelings you experience. you shouldn't allow fear, to control your actions, cuz you're just holding yourself back. and i know you don't want to be held back, but you keep holding yourself back. you run method to method and you may find yourself circling back to a method, and then you circle back to another method... you keep running away from one of the easiest ways of inducing pure consciousness (the 2nd easiest way is to decide and tht has to do with states/loass, but we're not on tht rn).
how many times do i have to tell you the simple things to do to induce pure consciousness? and how many times y'all gonna ignore and ask for a method and then tell me "i didn't get in 😔"? yall are complicating the void state too much, and it NEEDS to stop!
you can literally induce pure consciousness at this time, but no... you're scared of failure when you actually can't fail. it's either you're focusing on your body, or you're not. it's either you're focusing on time, or you're not.

How I entered the void
I think I’ve figured out what works for me personally so I wanted to share to give you guys ideas or motivation etc! :)
A few weeks ago I reflected on my entire 4 year journey and thought I’ve suffered for so long trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong and it got me nowhere!
I tried everything. I changed my routine, tried different methods, affirmed all day long, laid in starfish position for hours, cried myself to sleep and so on. Like literally EVERYTHING.
So what if I just decided I’m already in the void state? Or I have already shifted? Or I already have what I want?
I feel like I’ve said that a lot on my blog and I would do it for a while but this time I really understood it. I’ve got nothing to lose!
I decided I don’t care anymore. I’ve decided I’m in the void state already. I don’t care what the 3D shows me. I’m exactly where I want to be and that’s in the void state.
Anytime I would feel doubt I would just remind myself I’m in the void. I don’t care what anyone says or does. I am in the void state!
It worked! I entered the void last night for a few seconds and I’m not even mad that it was only a few seconds because I know I’m already there right now!
Anyways sorry for rambling, I hope you found some helpful advice in this post!:)

I entered in the void state
Yesterday, it was the end of my vacation and I was quitting the South of France, and the trajet take 3h to come back at home, so I was in the backseat and I was scrolling on tumblr and I saw a post about the void state and the video of Guru about it and I decided to play the video in my airdrop, I closed my eyes and I started to listened it while I was observing my thoughts and idk how but I stopped hearing the voices in the car and I was just thinking, I fall asleep while thinking about some things and I noticed it was all dark around me and I was like "wait a damn minute-" and I woke up in the car when I noticed it was all dark and realised I was in the void, I tried again but I was just forcing me to fall asleep and entered in the void and I just gave up and fall asleep again.

and today, i'm going to tell you HOW I INDUCE THE VOID STATE!
this is actually the BASIC way to induce pure consciousness! so let's get into it ^^
firstly, i play hfg's void state hypnosis vid, and then i relax my body by taking slow deep breaths.
then i focus on the darkness behind my eyelids and affirm, "i am in the void state," (even tho i don't need to since the void state is just another state of consciousness 🙃) then i lose myself in my daydreams
then, BOOM! i induce pure consciousness! i will notice tht i'm not hearing the vid anymore, nor am i seeing the colourful pattern behind my eyelids, and tht my daydreams are a lot more vivid ^^

How to use the Phase Method for Manifestation :

First, let's talk about how it's important to access the subconscious mind for Manifesting.

AFFIRMING IN THE PHRASE FOR MANIFESTATION :
STEPS :
♡ Set your Alarm for 2.4 hours or 6 Hours.
♡ Wake up and do something for 15 Minutes, go the bathroom etc.
♡ When you done chilling and ready to go back to bed . You are gonna go back to sleep with an intention. Your intention will be for Manifestation " I will wake soon affirm for my Manifestation/Desire.
♡ When you wake up, Do not move. You'll be in the mind awake/body asleep state.
♡ Start Affirming " Today I will get a deposit of 10K in my bank acc" ,. Or as you said " When I wake up , I will have my ( desired amount ) of money in my back account.
When you wake up , you will have your Manifestion.
✩ WBTB METHOD TO ENTER THE VOID STATE ✩
WBTB method is extremely underrated.
" Wake Back-to-bed is a common strategy used for lucid dreamers. I’m sure most people are aware but you basically sleep like five hours, wake up with an alarm, stay up for 30-45 minutes and keep yourself busy by using the bathroom and reading(you can read your script too). After that you use WILD to induce the lucid dream. Last night I used this to my advantage and I was finally able to get into the void state after so much time trying because I was able to actually focus this time. The experience was so incredible I forgot to shift but honestly I feel fine about it because the state was so peaceful. I just wanted to share this because this is like my first success and I’m really proud of the work I put in so far. "
→ I reached the void in as little as 6 minutes after WBTB and sleeping upright in a recliner.
WAKE BACK TO BED METHOD (wbtb)
It is a method that is very popular within the lucid dreaming and astral projection community. It is when you wake up around 4-6 hours after you sleep and you will be in your REM stage, the theta state, the half awake state. Definitely a perfect state for you to shift or respawn because your conscious mind is asleep and subconscious mind is way dominant.
So how do we carry out WBTB?
It is really simple trust me. Like I said, set your alarm 4-6 hours after you sleep. Try to target for your REM stage. How to know whether you are in your REM stage? If you wake up naturally or with an alarm and the last thing you remembered was that you were from a dream, you definitely have hit the correct timing.
If you are a heavy sleeper and would easily sleep back after switching off the alarm, place your phone at the opposite side of your room. Then you will be forced to push yourself of of your bed and off it.
Once awake, you are required to stay awake for about 10-60 minutes. I would recommend 15-30 minutes though but it all depends on each individual. If you feel as though you are still very sleepy, add another 5 minutes to your timing. During this timing, walk around, go to the washroom, repeat affirmations, read your scripts etc. Do anything you’d like but try to avoid activities that would raise your heart rate. The goal here is to only wake your mind up and not your body.
Once done, lay back in bed and do whatever method you wish to do.

MY EXPERIENCES WITH WBTB
I vouch for this method and include it with any methods that I plan to do. I shifted using WBTB many times so I would say this is definitely my core foundation to my numerous effortless shifts.

Hii loves, Today i decided to make an Guide Based on the Popular method ' The Phase '. You can either use it to wake up in the void , or affirm while you are in the Phase. It literally Takes Seconds , based on astral projection Success stories , I have read. Its a tried and tested technique that hundreds of participants have participated in . And Guess what ? Within 2-3 days, Everyone was having reported Success with it. Also this method is ADHD Friendly and also does not require you to mediate or affirm for a long time. The phase method can be used to lucid dream and shift also .

STEP 1 : SET YOUR ALARM TO WAKE YOU UP IN 6 HOURS .
On the night before , go to bed at your usual time and set your alarm so that you will only sleep for 6 Hours. When the alarm goes off , you may go to the bathroom, drink a glass of water , whatever you want to do. Try do something relaxing , read a book. Scroll through your phone , If you want. Relax or chill for about 10 - 15 minutes.
STEP 2 : GO BACK TO BED WITH AN INTENTION
Go to bed laying on your back , if you can't fall asleep then you can sleep on your side. Then repeat an intention in your mind , Eg, " I will wake up soon and enter the void ". Reason why this works, because just as you falling asleep you are in a self hypnotic state of mind , so you signalling your subconscious , what you to do when you wake up.
STEP 3 : WHEN YOU WAKE UP, DO NOT MOVE ( You may breathe normally)
Close your eyes immediately and do a separation technique.
I will share one from the ' Phase ' :
" Peer into the void before your closed eyes for 3 to 5 seconds. If nothing occurs, switch to another technique. If you see any kind of imagery, peer into it until it becomes realistic. Once it is, separate from the body right then and there, or allow yourself to be pulled into the imagery. When peering at imagery, it's important not to scrutinize details, lest the image wash away. You'll need to look through the picture, which will make it more realistic."

How to get into the Void state within Seconds Using the Phase Method :
Affirming In the Phase :
♡ Set your Alarm for 2.4 hours or 6 Hours Ahead. Also remember this technique involves using Rem sleep. Rem sleep occurs Every 90 minutes when we are asleep. So setting your alarm For 2.4 Hours Ahead is ok too.
♡ Wake Up and do something for about 15 minutes , go to the bathroom etc. Just Chill or relax for these minutes.
♡ Go back to bed with an intention. Your intention will be for the void " I will wake up soon and enter the void". Try and lay in a position that is comfortable with you.
♡ When you wake up , Do not move. Because this technique causes you to wake up in the mind awake and body asleep state. Start affirming for the Void State. Imagine your body entering the void and keep on Affirming. This causes your consciousness to detach naturally because you are in the phase.
Waking up in the Void by using Phase and Commanding your Subconscious Method :
♡ Set your Alarm for 2.4 or 6 Hours Ahead.

♡ Then lay flat on your back and get relaxed . Set an command or intention to the subconscious

State Akin To Sleep 🎀
Hey loves! New post after a very long time. I can’t even remember if I made a post on SATS on or not! But if I haven’t, here it is ✨
I feel like this method is very overlooked in a way because it truly is powerful and very easy. This method is called state akin to sleep or SATS for short.
Neville has talked about this method many times because of how effective it is and he has done it many times!
When we are very tired and we are in that drowsy and groggy state between wakefulness in sleep, we are at the slowest brainwave. This is the best time to manifest because our conscious mind is shutting off (because of sleep) and our subconscious mind is open to suggestion.
How to do SATS 💗
1. Get into a sleepy state between wakefulness and sleep. You can imagine scenarios in your head (something we are all addicted to lol) until you are tired. Do anything that’s going to make you tired and want to sleep. This could even be scrolling on your phone.

2. Start to imagine your scene. This scene could be anything. Imagine your scene as if you already have it. For an example if you want a new phone, imagine yourself scrolling on your new phone. What are you thinking in this moment with your new phone? If you are manifesting a friend group, imagine yourself laughing with this friend group. How do you feel, in this exact moment with your friend group?
3. Repeat this scene over and over and over. Loop it in your mind over and over until you fall asleep. Feel that you have this manifestation. Feel it real in the 3D. Keep the scene sweet and short.

Q:“can I manifest multiple things with SATS?”
A: Yes you can! So many people have done this. Let’s say you’re manifesting money, but you also want to manifest a new car. Imagine a scene where you are counting how much money you have in your bank account, then switch the scene to you driving your new car. Then go back to the money scene. Keep switching back and forth to the scenes. Or you could imagine that you are counting your money IN your new car.
Q: “Can I affirm instead of visualizing?”
A: Yes you can! This is called the lullaby method. It’s the same thing but you’re affirming. Just affirm any affirmation you want as long as it fits you. Loop the affirmation(s) over and over until you fall asleep. You can even affirm and visualize at the same time, or you could vaunt (basically rant) about your desires!
Q:“How do I know if I’m doing SATS right?”
A: There is no right or wrong way to do SATS. Feel your scene to be real (because it is) whether that’s affirmations or visualizing, then fall asleep.
