GENERATIONS: i’m a big fan of all of the versions of lego friends. the original generation is of course the most nostalgic, girls on a mission is very creative and innovative, and the most recent version is an adorable modern take on the world of friends 💖

CONTENT: i will post all sorts of content! between fanarts, edits, headcanons, rant posts, and more. you can also find me on my main @georgiasbloom where i post about all my doll medias and fandoms (i’d usually just maintain one account but there’s an animal inside of me that loves creating separate accounts for more organization on my fav medias) and @mermaidrani where i post about my most fav media, disney fairies ✨

FANDOM: i’ve been a big fan of lego friends since 2019 when my closest friends inspired me to get back into my childhood media :) ever since then, i’ve made tons of lego friends edits and been active in creating for instagram and fandom spaces. i’m content vibing in the corner with my small circle of friends, but it’s always nice to find posts by people online who are a fan :P 🎀

FAVOURITES: it’s hard to pick favs, and i’ve definitely flipped between all the main five girls throughout time. emma is my closest kin, mia has been a consistent fav, and i’m deeply in love with liann and nova (from the recent generation)

nova is so funny because she’s taking a class within her special interest and when she gets assigned to make a video game, she makes the most serious, deep, thought-out, fleshed-out game that nobody cares for whereas autumn just makes the most simple and unserious thing that everyone is obsessed with. and nova doesn’t understand how her genius idea wasn’t brought to popularity despite how hard she worked on it… and the simple fact that video games being within her realm of interest and knowledge…

people often complain about girls on a mission and how it “changed” lego friends 😐

like… yes… that’s the point of a reboot. the canon is going to alter. the changes weren’t so drastic to the point they were unrecognizable, though. they were honestly perfect. they enhanced every detail about lego friends and just made everything better and more diverse!!!

people specifically complained a lot about stephanie and olivia (i’m gonna focus on stephanie in this post tho)

people were saying “she used to be a baker! she liked parties! she liked planning!” “she’s just sporty now”

…😐

okay. let’s dissect this.

first off, she’s still a baker. second off, she’s always been sporty. so what if they made her sportier in this version?

it was probably to amplify the fact that sports can be for girls, too. baking is already a “girlish” activity and the point of lego friends is to show girls can have an interest in anything they desire and have it be valid, even if it’s deemed a “masculine interest”

anyways. she’s always been interested in sports. soccer is literally in her bio on the OG version!

there’s episodes in girls on a mission where stephanie expresses her love for baking and planning. it’s just in her character. her personality is pretty much the same, too! dominant, bossy, stubborn, hard-headed, etc.

i understand change is hard, but change isn’t always bad. and it definitely isn’t when it comes to a harmless reboot.

hey guys. i’m back to be annoying. i’m so serious when i say the argument about girls on a mission “changing too much in a bad way” is so ridiculous. that’s the point of revamped media? especially in the modern times. not that lego friends is old media from the 80s or anything, but that’s literally what happens with reboots. it takes away old characters and brings in new ones, it revamps the continuously existing characters, introduces new stories and realms, etc. THATS JUST WHAT HAPPENS!!! stephanie is different, sure. but so is emma. and olivia. and mia. and andrea. i don’t understand the argument of stephanie being too sporty when this is literally part of the original character encyclopedia:

History of Heart Lake

Okay I'm here for investigate Heartlake's lake : Heart Lake's history thorought the generations then I nagivate a story. Because LEGO Friends' Story was interesting and have great easter eggs but no one invenstigate it

When we observe the formations of Heartlake City in the goam and og, we see that the two are close. In the webisodes, Andrea explained that a child named Evy struggled for days to find water stolen from the village where Heaetlake was located back then, and then she went to the cave where the giant who caused the drought lived. Not losing hope, she destroyed the giant's dam, brought water to the village and created Lake of Heartlake. According to the same legend, it is said that when the dam collapsed, she could not escape the flowing water and drowned, but did not die and lived as a mermaid in the lake.

Evy Evy is seen as the savior, founder and soul of Heartlake. The most important historical figure in og

Goam is next. The main subject of season 2 is the hidden treasure in Heartlake and the mystery of Heartlake. Personally, my favorite season of Goam is the second season because there is a lot of development about both the city and the characters. (Stephanie's older sister, Olivia's fear of heights, etc.) In the first episode, it is told that 5 women, who are considered the founders of Heartlake, are helped by the mermaid named Evy on a sea voyage where the waves are raging.

The complicated situation arises here because these five people reach Heartlake after the ship journey; Cassandra Collinsworth (athlete), Agnes Rose Peacock (artist), Georgette Walker (astronomer), Juliette Cooper (actress, stage performer) and Wilhemina Hary (hunter) If they are considered the founder, who is Evy Goam? As far as I understand, even though Evy is the official founder who resurrected Heartlake, she ensured that life in Heartlake did not disappear completely with her own will, it is these five people who made Heartlake the Heartlake we see in Lego Friends. Evy actually f saved it, but as it is hidden between the lines in the legend, Cassandra Collinswort, Agnes Rose Peacock, Juliette Cooper, Wilhemina Hart and Gorgette Walker followed Evy's path in a turbulent time in Heartlake and formed the soul of Heartlake, not considering despair as an option. This is why there are parallels with the Lego Friends group. Lego Friends prevented most of the damage and had priceless adventures at a time when the city was being terrorized.

i recently rebinged g3 and i have some notes

• i absolutely adore paisley and autumn. i feel like it’s really hard to pick a “best girl” or even “best character” when it comes to this generation. they’re all amazing and wonderful in their own ways. but if i had to pick the characters that i feel were the most influential, it would be those two. they make me feel so joyous and happy when on screen. i love paisley’s friendship with olly… i love autumn’s passion for animals… they’re both just so cute and so sweet and perfect

• liann and nova are totally girlfriends. my friends and i were in the car discussing the new playset (of the chocolates, flowers, etc. from nova to liann) and how specific it is. like they have to be dating! dating! I WOULDNT DO ALL THAT JUST FOR A FRIEND! i know it’s a show about friendship but cmon! why didn’t nova do that for anyone else? oh, i don’t know… BECAUSE LIANNOVA IS 👏🏻 CANON 👏🏻

• leo is by far my favourite boy. he’s the perfect combination of silly, creative, anxious, and boyish. i just adore him and his goofy watermelon shirt whenever he is on screen

• brad is the funniest character for sure. it’s never a dull episode if brad is getting some screentime. he totally reminds me of those class clown kids at school who did a bunch of childish, random, “funny” things just to get attention from the teachers and classmates. like bro doesn’t need to be doing all of that. i love him for it, though

• aliya and autumn have the cutest friendship for sure. they level each other out pretty well and that’s always something i always look for in my ships and pairings. i of course love autumn with nova, i love aliya with liann. i love most pairings. but those two were my og ship from g3 just just just being announced and they still live on as a top favourite ship of mine. they’re so perfect together

• paisley’s backstory literally tears me apart. her and olly being friends is so cute. one of my most favourite moments between them (and the entire show, to be exact) is when they were both filled with tears of joy and olly asked to give paisley a hug. that is the purest most sweetest most kind hearted thing and they are so adorable. olly is always there to lift paisley up and help her through her troubles. she’s always there to support him and be kind to him. getting her to sing her mother’s song and getting her to perform were two very big things paisley never would’ve done on her own. i think if any of the other friends were to try to help her with that, she wouldn’t have gone through with it. but her friendship with olly is so sweet and i hope they stay best friends forever
