James Blake stunned everyone in 2011 with his eponymous debut album that received universal critical acclaim and brought an exciting new addition the the dubstep scene. 

Blake's sophmore album Overgrown will be released April 8th, but until then enjoy listening to Retrograde, the first single from what is sure to be another groundbreaking electronic album.

Justice is a band that by now needs no introduction. After releasing † in 2007, they quickly gained a name for themselves by pairing massive, gritty electronic sounds with powerful beats. DVNO is one of the twelve mind blowing tracks off the duo's debut album, combining digitally manipulated vocals with killer disco sounds. 

The video manages to showcase a completely different dimension of DVNO, artfully illustrating many of the lyrics in the song as if they were logos of some sort. If this is your first time experiencing Justice, it's highly recommended that you listen to the rest of †, as well as Justice's 2nd album Audio, Video, Disco.

Orbital has always been unique in their ability to write a beautiful story sonically, without saying a word. Using pristine electronic sounds and rave inspired beats, the English duo create beautiful music that often starts out innocently, slowly developing into a powerful and complex arrangement of electronic audio. 

"Straight Sun" is a gorgeous track off Orbital's newest album Wobble, with an equally beautiful video to match. Although it starts out simply as many Orbital songs do, it quickly develops into a more complex version of itself.

The Vine community is flourishing and the videos are growing both more unique, and more absurd. Twitter announced the video sharing service a couple of weeks ago and is currently available for iOS devices. Android users stayed tuned.

Vine allows you to create 6 second loops with audio to “share life in motion” with friends and family - think of it as Instagram for videos. There are a slew of comedians popping up on Vine and Funny or Die has put together a list of them. Enjoy.

Tyler Stout aka Tstout is an illustrator best known for his intricate movie and concert posters. His highly detailed work oozes with pop culture from the last few decades. It’s art filled with detail, nostalgia and a sense of story telling. 

Stout’s portfolio primarily consists of hand drawn illustrations, inked in Photoshop, and converted into vectors using Illustrator. He has been commissioned to create work for notable touring musicians, video game developers, and movie theaters around the country.

DyE's Fantasy is a beautiful song; a journey that starts with ethereal synths matched with dreamy vocals, taking you away into another world. Gradually Fantasy develops a more mysterious and ominous feel to it, and before you know it the calming effect that you were experiencing 2 minutes ago is long gone. 

This is exactly what makes music exciting; an intense emotional response triggered by nothing more than some vibrations in the air. Luckily, the music video for Fantasy takes this to a completely different level by combining a feast for your eyes as well as your mind.

There's not much to say about the masterpiece that Jeremie Perin created; it must be experienced. In a literal sense, it is a story of seduction, betrayal, terror, and the things we cannot possibly understand. Metaphorically, however, it paints a beautiful picture of innocence as well as the struggle that can occur during it's perceived loss. 

It is important to note that Fantasy is NOT safe for work and may be disturbing to some.

Alkaline Trio is making a return with their first full length album of original songs since 2010. Their ninth studio album My Shame Is True is set for release on Epitaph Records/Heart and Skull Records, April 2. 

I Wanna Be A Warhol is the albums first single and shares a likeness with the band’s modish, more polished sound, all while keeping an imprint of the Trio songs of old. The band’s forthcoming album was recorded at Blasting Room Studios in CO with adept punk producer Bill Stevenson.

Paperman is yet another award-winning animated film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. The short is directed by John Kahrs and tells the story of a man who becomes entranced by a woman he meets at a train station.

The animation style is a stunning blend of traditional hand-drawn animation along with CGI in order to produce beautifully drawn objects with remarkable depth and a sense of realism. The result is a short film that manages to be beautiful physically as well as emotionally.

Lunice Fermin Pierre is a producer/DJ from Canada responsible for creating some beautifully dynamic, clean, and refreshing trap music. Most of the music that he produces under the stage name Lunice is instrumental hip hop with gorgeous electronic sounds and smooth, deep basslines. Lunice also produces music with Hudson Mohawke as TNGHT, a powerhouse of huge electro sound that still has heavy hip hop basslines.

Sir West by 105 Pariis

105 Pariis is the product of Enis Maksutovski, a creative out of Germany. He has worked with Audi, Nikon, Braun, Sony, and many others to create impactful and fresh works of art that please the eye as well as the brain.

Sir West is a self promotional illustration done for Kanye West, featuring the man himself in a delicious, liquid red and pink color palette.

If you like Enis' style there's a great selection of gorgeous high-res artwork on the 105 Pariis site. If you're interested in using some of his artwork as wallpaper for your iPhone or Mac, some of the art is featured in the excellent Kuvva app.

Cracked always manages to mix hilarity with accurate, interesting, and informative articles. This list they've compiled of unbelievable celestial phenomena will not only blow your mind but make you laugh at the same time. Topics include 10 octillion tons of alcohol, black holes traveling at 3,000,000 mph, and galaxies that are an optical illusion.

Interestingly enough, the last item on their list was also briefly talked about on Reddit no more than a day ago, and has some very interesting discussions on the topic in the comments.

Frontier Psychiatrist is an energetic sampling masterpiece crafted by Australian electronic group The Avalanches. The track manages to include material from the 1980s film Polyester, music from Lawrence of Arabia, as well as samples from golf instructional videos. The track exhibits some excellent scratching skills thanks to Dexter Fabay, and was universally acclaimed when it debuted in in August of 2000. 

And we haven't even started talking about the video.

Apparently the members of The Avalanches always thought it would be interesting to do a TV special in which they would recreate the album on a live soundstage with all the necessary instruments, animals, people, and oddities. The creators of the video ran with the idea and produced a visual experience no less amazing than the aural experience given to us by The Avalanches.
