People treat Azealia banks like she’s maleficent she’s still more well connected and astute/ has genuine empathy for the things going on in the world then the people who have mythologized her as this pop star turned pariah for speaking the truth…idk it’s very weird, patronizing and dehumanizing and they think they are being sort of edgy by idolizing her when she’s always sort of mocked that concept. The whole appeal of her rants are that she’s an insider…. She’s actually doing better than a lot of people …as she should.
