Bear Republic’s Drift Racer Hazy Double IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. As usual, Bear Republic does not disappoint – I’m not sure this is the very best hazy IPA out there (it is definitely somewhere in the top quarter), but it delivers a nice complex hop profile, a thicker, hazy body, and a nice lingering bitterness. The hop profile is mostly tropical and a bit of citrus and floral notes, and the body is well-balanced with some nice fruity sweetness. Great stuff.
