turning things around

Let’s be honest, life is stupidly hard and stupidly complicated. It's really overwhelming. So many things to keep track of. Work, school, friends, family, relationships, hobbies, fitness. Sometimes any one of those is a pain in the ass to deal with, let alone the full gauntlet.

At some point (or many independent points), I fucked up. Decided to transfer out of a great school, don’t have a job, have a terrible relationship with my family, barely make time for my friends, just came out of a two-year relationship and haven’t had the motivation to workout at-fucking-all. Amidst all of that I haven’t found the time for the writing I love so much.

Fuck, that’s a lot.

Okay.

I can do this.

The first step of turning things around is recognizing the nature of the problems, which I did.

Alright. Break it down and solve. Like a math problem. I’m good at math.

Really good.

Extraordinarily good.

I can do this.
