psa: a twitter account is reposting your mark content

hey everyone – so it’s come to my attention (via a conversation with a friend of mine who pointed it out) that there is a twitter account called @fountainofmark that has been reposting/stealing markiplier content, including fan art, gifs, and pieces of edits.

the account maintains that it is “a bot that autotweets gifs and jpgs of markiplierGAME for the fandom” that “tries to delete fan art” but a quick scroll through their feed says otherwise. it’s flooded with most of the popular tumblr posts that have been circulating recently – including content from users like @lum1natrix, @markired, @caustic-synishade, @aohoshiart, and more.

whether a “bot” or not, reposting content without explicit consent from its creators is never ok – and i advise artists/editors/gifmakers to browse the account and report what’s yours.

i think we’re all getting pretty fuckin tired of this shit, so just a heads up guys.
