See Key West Through The Eyes Of A Local.

Josh and I just love traveling up and down the Keys on the motorcycle and finding hidden away places.

We never heard of Blue Hole before and we've live in the Keys for 4 years now. In fact we found just by looking at Google Maps. It's on Big Pine towards the end of Key Deer Boulevard.

Recipes - Pecan Crusted Salmon with Sesame Garlic Wilted Spinach

Ingredients

1 lb Mahi

1/2 cup pecans finely chopped

2 tbs extra virgin olive oil

Salt

Pepper

1 1/2 bags spinach

5 garlic cloves sliced thin

1 1/2 tbs sesame oil

Steps

Preheat oven to 360 degrees.

Rinse spinach.

Heat the sesame oil in a skillet using medium heat.

Add the sliced garlic and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the spinach and cook until wilted, You can do this in batches.

Rinse fish and pat dry. Season both sides of filets with salt and pepper.

Dip one side in egg and shake a little to remove excess. Now dip same side into the chopped pecans. Repeat with all filets.

Heat extra virgin olive oil in and oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until hot. But not smoking. Place filets pecan side down and sear for 2 mins.

Flip filets and place skillet in oven for 10-12 minutes.

I received free samples of Lemon Essential Oil and Peppermint Essential Oil from InstaNatural.com. Below you will find my unbiased review of the products.

I surprised when I received my package from InstaNatural. The moment I opened the package - my entire Key West apartment smelled like a Lemon Mojito! I didn't even break the seal yet! Whenever I buy a smelly product I can't smell it at all!

First I tried the Lemon.

I enjoy making my own products and not using harsh chemicals. So I make my own all-purpose cleaner using vinegar, water, and baking soda. I added about 10-15 drops to my cleaner and my house smelled wonderful!

And onto the peppermint.

I make my own toothpaste as well using charcoal, baking soda and coconut oil. I added a few drops to my toothpaste while it was on my toothbrush - I already had a jar made. The peppermint wasn't overpower and made my breath feel so fresh!

What you need:

LouAna Pure Coconut Oil

10-20 drops of InstaNatural Lemon Essential Oil

Plain white sugar

A pretty little jar

What to do:

Combine all ingredients and mix.

How to use it:

Moisten area you would like to exfoliate with warm water.

Apply to the wet area and massage into skin for a few minutes.

Rinse with warm water and enjoy your wonderfully soft skin!
