“It’s definitely an odd industry.” Adeline added, nodding her head. While she ahd always wanted to do this job, she was well aware of what she had been getting herself into. “Oh, I’m Adeline by the way. Nice to meet you.” Adeline spoke, holding her hand out towards the woman.

When the girl introduced herself, Celeste smiled and took her hand.  “It’s nice to meet you, Adeline,” she replied.  “I’m Celeste.  You’re an actress, right?  I think I’ve seen you somewhere before.”

“Sort of,” Emma started, shifting he weight from one hip to the other as she gnawed on her bottom lip, “Effective immediately I am assuming Devin’s position within the studio. I’m not necessarily here to make things better but I’m here to keep future things under wraps.”

“Ah,” Celeste mused.  Honestly she didn’t care one way or the other about that drama with Devin and the hack.  “I think as long as you’re able to not screw up as royally as she did you’ll be golden,” she told her.

“Maybe, but I’ve heard that there are people who pay attention to how many posts people have, and start digging to figure out what happened when some disappear? That probably isn’t good either…” She frowned. “I guess I have a lot I should probably talk about with my team. Thanks for the advice, though.”

“Oh, I meant like....don’t post everything to Instagram and delete the pictures you take but don’t need so they don’t end up in another cloud hack or anything,” she explained.  “You could delete things off instagram but once something is on the internet it’s there forever.”

“No… I don’t… It’s weird, I actually haven’t seen him or remember… well, anything, last I remember was the full moon and before that just… Lights… So, I think there’s something wrong with me. Thank you, I really appreciate it. I mean, I get stranger danger is a thing but people have been down right rude when it comes to helping.”

When he said that, Celeste got concerned.  “The last full moon was weeks ago,” she told him.  “Are you sure you don’t remember anything?”  Something was definitely up with that and she wasn’t quite sure what it was.  “But yeah..people can be dicks.”

“Probably, for now, I’ll find something else in about five minutes but I haven’t even powered up the studio computer yet.” She started, sliding her coat off. “You too pretty lady, so just change your passwords then,” Emma said, giving her the thumbs up 

“I already did.  So did they bring you in to try and fix this shit?” she asked, not really sure who the young woman was.  Then again, she looked barely older than Celeste’s daughter.

Jane nodded in agreement but then looked back at her dress forms. “Sometimes though the lighting in the costume department isn’t right. I want to see how it would look outside or in the clouds.” The wind pulled some curls in her face before settling. “I just didn’t think it would be so windy.”

Celeste could sort of understand her reasoning, but there still should have been a better way to do this.  “Maybe you should check the wind before you bring this stuff outside next time?” she suggested carefully.  “Or at least do it behind a building that blocks most of the wind?”

“Back to my old self…with a baby. That’s the problem. I’ll be me, but with a baby. I’m the leader of a gang, how the fuck do I navigate motherhood when I shake people down for protection money?”

Celeste shrugged.  “That’s where you and I differ,” Celeste pointed out.  Family for her, even when crime was involved, was important.  It was the family business.  “Do you even want to keep it?  I mean...there’s no law saying you have to.  If you’re worried about it and don’t want to, then put it up for adoption.”

“I see your point there. Especially because it’s just interesting that some would risk it, but that’s completely up to them I suppose.” She commented, shrugging her shoulders a bit more as she spoke. “I couldn’t imagine wanting that kind of attention.” 

“Neither can I, but I’ve seen stranger things than that in Hollywood,” she told her.  Sometimes people could get so wrapped up in themselves and the attention that nothing else really made sense.  It was annoying if you asked her.  “You never know what makes people tick.”

“That’s a good way of looking at it. Honestly, I feel like a good majority of the people here don’t necessarily care that people are seeing them nude, they just are pissed about the invasion of privacy. Not that I blame them though. I can’t imagine it felt all that great.” 

Celeste shrugged.  “I guess I can understand that argument but if the issue is the invasion of privacy and not the actual nudes then why do they keep revisiting it?  If they were trying to get stuff off the internet, maybe I’d buy into it.”  She shook her head.  “Maybe I just don’t get the attention people want on them.”

“I got… no idea but you could google him? I’d do it myself but I don’t know the password to his phone, I already tried his birthday, his girlfriend’s birthday and his mom’s. His name is Jordan Richards.”

“You have his phone but you don’t know what show he works on?” Celeste asked skeptically, her nose scrunching as she got her phone out.  She popped him into google and nodded.  “Operation Unknown.  That’s stage A.  I’ll take you there.  I’m Celeste, by the way.”

“Two? Oh…fuck that. One is quite enough and I’m not even carrying this one nine months. How’d you…how’d you deal with not shifting for all that time. Shifting…being a wolf, being a Pack Master…that’s who I am. And it’s really fucking hard to garner respect when people are looking at you as if you’re weak and vulnerable.”

“Not shifting was a pain in the ass,” Celeste told her.  “I felt really vulnerable, like I couldn’t protect myself.  I didn’t like that at all, but I wasn’t a Pack Master yet when I was pregnant with my kids.  I really don’t know how I would have handled it under those circumstances.  Probably not well.  I think the best thing you can do is just realize this is a temporary situation.  You’ll be back to your old self in no time.”

“I’ve honestly never been one to send stuff like that, mostly because you just never know who to trust any more. You could think that someone will keep it to themselves, but you just never know. Although, this instance just makes me think about what else could go wrong.” 

“Oh I’ve sent stuff,” she told her.  “But I’m also not ashamed of my body and don’t care if people see it.”  It really depended on the person and their personality.  Some people couldn’t handle it.  “I think you just need to know yourself and know what you are capable of.”

standing outside the red haired girl stared at two different pieces of fabric draped upon some dress forms. they were only slightly different in shade but she wanted to see the way the light was catching, the way the wind moved them. head head tilted from side to side and she took notes on a pieces of scratch paper. she hummed a small tune before letting out a sigh. looking down at her notes the small girl was lost in her thoughts for only a moment when gust of wind knocked over on the forms and it landed with a thud breaking apart. jane groaned. “ugh. not again.” she tried to set her things down but another gust of wind moved through nearly taking her notes. she rushed after them frantically but also trying to make sure the other form didn’t fall, she ran in small circles, muttering under breath, “no, no, no….”

Celeste had been leaving a meeting with her team when she saw the girl scrambling to get the notes and keep the forms upright.  She moved towards her quickly and reached out to help.  While she wasn’t always the most welcoming or kind person, she could see the young woman was in a mess and she wanted to help.  “I’ve got it,” she told her.  “Maybe you should be doing this inside?”

“Okay, so I don’t care what you did before because, in theory, your teams are all dealing with that but if you could all just not continue to fuck up or at least be better at hiding it,  that would be like, super appreciated. Makes my job about nine hundred times easier. I’m Emma, you all need to change your passwords if you haven’t already, I accept tacos and poutine as bribes and that’s my introduction.”

She listened to the woman’s rant, her brows raising.  “Is that all?” Celeste asked with a slight shake of her head.  She didn’t take too well to people being demanding.  “See I don’t give a shit about any leaked nudes and I’m not here to complain to you.  So nice to meet you, I guess?”

“Wise words,” Amber agreed. “I kind of feel like just deleting everything right now and staying away from all things digital for a while, but something tells me my publicist wouldn’t be happy about me getting off Instagram.”

“That’s not a bad idea,” she laughed.  “Though maybe just be careful with the ones you take and post to Instagram.”  It was really the only suggestion she could make.  “Maybe be sure to delete the ones you don’t need?”

“Exactly! Shits been leaked and now it’s on the internet. Only thing that is left to do now is make sure whoever broke into people’s shit and leaked it gets what’s coming to them.” She commented. “And for those who keeping commenting about it outside of the industry, do they not have anything better to do?”

“That’s exactly the point,” Celeste huffed with a shake of her head.  “This is just one of those things people have to learn from and move on.  Maybe next time shit like this happens they’ll be better prepared and no how to keep their private things private.”

“Oh, thank you, I’ve just been having… A very weird time I guess… I don’t really know how I got here, but he’s a director and I’m just an aspiring actor, so I figured if I’m here it must because of him. I’m CJ by the way.”

Celeste arched a brow, but she nodded.  “It’s nice to meet you, CJ,” she replied.  “Do you know which show he works on? I can take you to the right set.”
