Ōkami Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary Today
This game took inspiration from several Japanese folklore and myths to create a unique experience. The game had a breadth of awe and charm. One of the first things one would notice about this game is its imagery. Ōkami was crafted with a cel-shaded ink wash painting aesthetic that still places it among the most beautiful games to date.

Started working on the sketch in Art History at 8 this morning put it down for a few hours then streamed at 7ish finishing it up around 11:30pm - 12am. Needless too say I enjoyed making this piece.

“Heh, can’t argue with ya on that one!”
“Nope!” The same voice chimed as the wolf tilted her head. A moment later, something akin to a tiny green light had appeared, settling upon the wolf’s snout before speaking once more.
“I’m the one who’s talkin’! There’s a lot of things Ammy here can do, but talking with people ain’t one of them!”
“?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!”
And now he really thought the lack of sleep was getting to him when he saw the green thing pop out, bring a hand up to his forehead, the confused expression on his face growing.
(“I-I think I really need to lay down…”) “I….see…s-so, um, are you her owner, then, Mr….Fairy?”
Ah, the reactions the duo garnered from moments like these were always priceless. Though the smile on the Poncle’s face had faded with the other’s comment.
“HEY! I’m not a fairy!” The speck had immediately corrected, his green hue shifting to a deep red as he bounced off of his lupine companion’s snout and threw a scroll much larger than himself at the stranger, hitting him square in the face. He may have been small, but he was definitely stronger than he looked.
“The name’s Issun, and I’m a wandering artist, and I’m just traveling with Ammy here for my own reasons!” he huffed, coaxing a sigh from the white wolf.
For each “⭐️” I get, I’ll write a headcanon about our muses.
“Don’t worry about it,” came an unfamiliar voice that seemed to be coming from the canine as she stood, completely unfazed. “Furball here is pretty hard headed, so it’ll take more than that to take her down!”
“……..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” He blinked in utter shock as he swore he just heard this wolf talk. (”Did she….did she just….TALK?! I think I really am losing it…”)
“U-U-Um, um, I-I see?! Um, uh, er…i-is that really you talking, Ms. Wolf…?”

ooc: My goodness! It’s been quite sometime! I’m not dead, my other blog simply took off like a rocket and I ended up neglecting poor Ammy and Issun for a good long while!
However, I’ve felt my Ammy and Issun muses stirring, so here I am! I’ll be making a promo while trying to get some interactions going!
