Muoyse tonal exercises (i probably spelt that wrong please don't judge me) play a b, then a semi tone below, and try to match the tone. Then keep going down or up semiton at a time. This will improve your tone amd dynamic range and i find it personally really relaxing!!

A musician and composer who I have recently been a high enough standard to play is none other than Francis Poulenc, and this is (albeit its the intro) the first movement of his sonata for flute and piano. Hope you like it! :)
