( my headcanon as to why we've never seen the angels in their angel forms, assuming they canonically have those in the game like demons have their demon forms, is because the magical powers of the devildom naturally suppress these natural shifting powers of other beings. solomon's magic works fine, but that's mainly because as a human, his most impressive magical feats and abilities had to be learned and acquired through countless years of training, where the angels and demons naturally were born with the powers to shift in and out of alternate forms on command. i'd imagine a similar thing would be the case in the celestial realm; angelic powers are too great to allow demons to shift in and out of their demon forms up there. i imagine it's theoretically possible to break these "curses," if we can call them that, but it would probably take an extremely powerful being both born with magical shifting abilities and have learned strong magical powers throughout their lifetime like solomon. )
