(also, I do like that Rubina actually wanted to help. While I do like how Spinel's arc ended, it did leave me with some questions about how he ended up like he did, and I think it would have been fun to have explored his character more. It'd be neat if they brought these two back to try and break him out and give us some more info, tho I'm pretty sure they're just done with them.)

the charm of liking villain characters is unmatched. like yes, this is spinel. he is very pretty but if given the chance to murder without consequence he absolutely would. additionally, he also enjoys handing out drugs to children and wants to destroy society to strengthen his ego. he is a very very bad, but that's what makes him loveable. this is not a "skrunkly could do no wrong and deserves to be redeemed" situation. keep this guy in jail and keep us updated, so we can all observe him like a fly in a jar. what's the point of even liking a villain character if you're going to ignore how evil he is. you're getting rid of the fun part.
