People saying that Jaime experiences the worst 48 hours of his life in Blue Beetle (2023) need to read the 2006 run, where Jaime crash lands on earth after the Justice League unintentionally leave him behind on a crashing satellite, immediately gets violently attacked by Guy Gardner whose ring is compelling him to kill Jaime on sight, ends up naked in the desert in the middle of the night, and finally gets home only for his parents to tell him he's been missing for a year. And that's just the first two chapters.

Green Lantern au!

I'm working off the hc that Milagro gets a green lantern ring after the events of the original comics. I just switched them! Milagro gets Khaji Da and Jaime gets hit with a ring after she comes back. Jaime has to deal with his sister going missing, returning a year later with an alien scarab and as a consequence his family falling into danger. His own shortcomings and fear for his family coming to ahead when black beetle tries to kill them (Blue beetle 2006 again) and he has to step up to protect everyone and trust that his sister is alright.

It's still a bit vague on the story line, I just wanted to draw him in a GL suit lmao.

Sorry these are mostly Chibi sketches, I've been busy with assignments and commissions and can't find the time to draw them properly.
