Every time I get really into a PBTA game I make a simple google docs sheet for me and the other people I play with. At this time I've got 4 cleaned up and ready for sharing. There are filled out "example" sheets under each one. I prefer google docs to pdfs because I can make just one and share it with my GM and then I'm good forever! Hopefully soon I will have a sheet like this for Under Hollow Hills and Strays as I just picked those games up!
