Happiness doesn't come to those who look for it, instead they get the exact opposite, misery. They suffer, because they know they aren't happy. And that they are still pursuing happiness.

The one's who got family are unhappy cuz it's 'noisy'.

The one's who don't have family are unhappy cuz they're 'lonely'.

There's million reasons to be sad, irritated, depressed, angry, miserable but that one thing that made you smile, it was there and you were happy in that moment.

Let's not look for happiness instead let's just be happy. And maybe things won't be that difficult.

I sleep but I do not sleep.
