WEEKLY WEIGH IN!

93 lbs to goal weight of 160 lbs
Things I plan to do.
Okay, so I have some sort of game plan as to what I hope to accomplish with this journey to a healthy weight...
1: I will post a weekly weigh in with photos of progress
2: I will keep log everything into myfitnesspal religiously and try to stick to about 700 calories per day
3: Work out everyday! Even if that means that I only have a time for a walk around my neighborhood, at least it’s better than nothing.
4: stay away from yummy breads, red meat, booze, sweet yummies, and all the other obviously unhealthy shit.
5: BE BEST FRIENDS WITH CHICKEN, VEGGIES, AND SOME FRUITS.
6:Try to have an entry every couple of days or so. I want/need progress to look back on when I don’t feel motivated.
so that’s about all I have as of right now.

Day one of a new life.
New blog new way of life, right?
Today I am attempting to start a new way of life. A life filled with healthy eating and weight loss and very high goals. This new blog is my hope to give me some motivation and to keep me accountable for something. I fall off the wagon way too quickly and I don't know how many times I've really said that I would do this, but this time I'm serious. I can no longer sit sedentary and watch myself grow exponentially larger.
So here's to something better and hopefully a lot thinner.
