“Always be committed to developing your mind. Learn something new every single day. Read things that no one else is reading. Never stop learning new knowledge, for we were given this amazing ability for a reason.”

washing my silly little apple. cutting a slice of my silly little loaf of bread. putting on my silly little chapstick. listening to my silly little playlist. looking at silly little trees. feeling the silly little rays of sunshine on my face. holding my warm silly little cup of coffee. buying a silly little pretty bouquet for myself. reading silly little fragments of poetry. except everything listed above isn’t silly and little it’s the essence and spice of life like sugar and cinnamon coating our existence and making every moment so beautiful and enjoyable in our own little silly ways
Hey! So, based on a conversation I had recently in dms, I'm just gonna drop the link here to a google doc I have with some of the stuff from my first year of psychology undergrad. I'll be adding stuff to it as I re‐find all my old essays and files and stuff but if it's helpful to any of you doing a psych undergrad or who want to learn more about psychology I'll be ecstatic.
Also, if you have anything you feel would be a useful addition or resource for people, feel free to drop me a dm and I'll happily add it in. I'm all for making academia more accessible and part of that is helping people find resources and stuff more easily.
Edit: it’s coke to my attention that a security update messed up the link, sorry! Here’s the new one:

I did a ritual letting go of past labels and ideas that I’ve had of myself, or others have placed upon me. I look into this new decade with extreme positivity and excitement. I’m stepping into the future unafraid, because I know the Universe is on my side.
