Lando saying that Max got lucky is so incredibly unclassy because sure the red flag did benefit him and the Alpines, but before that happened Max had made up eleven places in very difficult conditions. He was in the position to capitalize from that gamble because he put himself there and didnât make any mistakes while he was making overtake after overtake. And sorry but someone who got their first win in what happened in Miami shouldnât be downplaying someone elseâs success thanks to a little bit of luck.
I canât believe Oscar gave up a sprint win yesterday for this.
where were these max penalties in 2021
i think max fans should not comment on how rules can be broken to favour one driver or the other because itâs very unlikely that there will ever be a bigger farce than ad21, which literally decided a championship. this on the other hand was just a sprint race.
i know team orders are the name of the game but when team orders decide who gets a win and who doesnât and the faster driver loses out, it just leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
oscar deserves better.
I hate undeserved wins so much.
Just compare how they treated their drivers this weekend versus last weekend and ⌠head in hands honestly. The lift and coast made no fucking sense and cost us at least a P2.
Charles was closing the gap to Carlos when he ran into stupid back markers not following the rules and then his tires gave out - a problem they wouldnât have had if they didnât build a stupid artificial gap. He may not be at peak performance this weekend but Ferrari ruined his race because Carlos was whining on the radio about pushing too hard (and if this were the other way around people would be bashing Charles so hard)
People on Twitter criticizing Charles for not being able to defend like he didnât have to push and destroy his tires because his team forced him to back off so he didnât attack Sainz. Come on, man.
Congratulations Ferrari for sacrificing a 1-2.
Sorry but they have never done to Carlos what they have done to charles.
I swear to god if Ferrari give away a 1-2 due to lift and coast
Is Sainz okay? Norris is only 4s away from Charles - ofc Charles needs to push.
Sorry but Ferrari needs to explain that eight second gap.
Ferrari is literally ruining Charlesâ race with lift and coast shit.
CHARLES LECLERC, EIGHT TIME GRAND PRIX WINNER!
