You will gain your footing and find a lot of confidence through working with your root chakra (meditate/sleep to that). Here are affirmations you should tell yourself every day: I am safe, I am grounded, I am secure in my body, I trust the process of life, I am supported by the earth, I belong here, I have everything I need, I am stable and balanced, I feel at home in my body, I am deeply rooted, I trust myself, I am connected to the present moment, I release fear and embrace security, I am strong and resilient, I stand firm in my foundation.

Even if those things don’t feel true, you’ll strengthen and manifest your root. You will be okay. Sorry, this was more of an intuitive reading than a pendulum one. I hope it helps <3

Higher powers can’t be “mad”. Not in a human sense. They’re more understanding in a way that’s hard to comprehend. As someone who battles OCD daily, I will tell you that this is giving it strength. If you have to soothe yourself with constant confirmation, it just feeds the cycle. For that reason, I won’t answer your question. I suggest for you to watch videos on intrusive thoughts. I suggest watching this video to learn how to manage these thoughts and understand what they are. She has other helpful videos on it too. Before you overthink, just do it. Don’t let it have that power over you. Here’s something weird I did for years and still battle: I won’t like pictures of mushrooms. I know that’s extremely weird, but I actively battle it by forcing myself to NOT unlike a picture of a mushroom. That’s a very tame example, but it’s pretty bad for me. Exposure therapy and acceptance is literally the only way to help it. It’s honestly so difficult to live with. By really digging into the why, I found a lot of information that healed me in a lot of ways. It’s about management. I’m sending you blessings and hugs 🫂

My mom is in the hospital with an unknown neurological condition at this time. I will find out more tomorrow, but she is in the clear for a stroke…. She can’t remember the year, and she doesn’t really know where she is. I called 911, and my dad is spending the night in the hospital with her. It takes about ten seconds for her to respond… I’m camping in my mother in laws trailer, which is absolutely healing and amazing. But this is still really hard. My mom seems happy, but I really, really need your prayers and good vibes to make sure she is comfortable and (hopefully) healing. Honestly, I’ve never seen her calmer or happier.
