I just wanna say that as a person who lives outside of the US. I have never been more afraid of your country and the ones in control. You guys are not nearly angry enough about everything that has gone down. I don't wanna hear the "you don't live here, so shut up" spiel. The most powerful country on the planet imploding is going to affect all of us in one way or another, large or small. To think any differently is a delusion.

please stop assuming people with chronic pain, chronic fatigue, and chronic illnesses are faking it to get out of doing things. they would love to be doing as much as everyone else but are unable due to how their minds and/or bodies function. give them grace.

I got diagnosed with bi-lateral toxic neuropathy last year and was declared not fit for work after a short physical assessment.

The number of times I have been accused of faking my condition to get out of situations or work is a joke. Like why would I fake having nerve pain? Why would I go through all the effort to do that? I wouldn't wish this pain on my worst enemies, why would I pretend to suffer from it myself?

The world is so fucking cynical now.

"Does it need saying?" Time looks up at him again, something akin to fondness in his eyes. "…don't you realise it by now?"

"…" Twilight's whole body straightens as it dawns on him, and his eyes widen, his mouth parting in a slight gasp. "…m-…me?"

"You were so lost when I found you…" Time says next. His smile only growing, an almost fatherly pride in his eyes. "…and now look at you. Look how far you've come since this all began…I couldn't be prouder of you, Link…if you were my own child."

Twilight's eyes soften at that, and he feels tears prick the corners of them. His words, his smile, everything about that had created the perfect storm of feelings with him, enough to break down a few very stubborn walls he'd built long ago. "…oh…"

That comes out as a strange croaking noise as his voice breaks slightly. He looks back up at the Old Man. "…you-…you really mean that?"

"Of course I do." TIme nods, conviction in his voice, and sincerity in his gaze. "…every word."
