Is that not what AO3 is? Anonymous posting is a thing iirc, I've seen plenty of anonymous authors. And there's no algorithm either. Whether or not someone finds something depends on specific searching on a readers part.

Ive considered it before i just thought its more for fanfiction since the tags and search functions are structured around fandoms. I did look it up and people said theres a category for original works.

It would be fine for me but since its mostly fandom based website, im hesitant to post any original works there, but maybe i will, no ones gonna find it anyway :p

I wonder if there's a website where u can upload your story and it doesn't have any algorithms and you can be anonymous and you just shout your thoughts into a void, until somebody stumbles across it or whatever
