I’m trying to imagine a life for Harry back in the UK. If William is king will he be able to keep him from causing mischief? Would Harry be happy with a house in the country and a pension? Obviously Meghan wouldn’t be, but if they were divorced I wonder if Harry could make a life for himself that might bring him some kind of peace.

Given what we know about Harry, both his time as a Royal and what he’s like in Montecito, he doesn’t really want to work, he just wants the PR, attention, and the money.

So ideally, to keep Harry from causing mischief and trouble for a King William, he would have to be given everything he’s asked for - country estate, a life completely paid for, attendance at Royal and family events, and a platform for charity work and philanthropy. But of course, the problem there is “if you give a mouse a cookie,” meaning if you give into Harry’s demands then he’s just going to keep asking for more and more, and you’ll keep giving it to him because it keeps him from making trouble. Especially if Meghan remains in the picture too.

I think realistically, the only thing William could do that would keep Harry from making trouble is to give him some kind of platform involving Diana, since “cherishing” Diana’s legacy is the only thing Harry technically cooperates with. Sort of. But that introduces entire other complexities and problems for William, as no doubt giving Harry the Diana platform means Harry would unilaterally take it for himself (aka continue denying her relevance and importance to William) and continue exploiting her memory and her legacy in ways beyond the pale. And what we know about William is that he truly does care about Diana’s memory and protecting and preserving her legacy, so “giving” Harry a Diana platform is a nonstarter. Especially if Meghan remains in the picture as she’ll demand being part of it too and Harry will give in.

So unfortunately, no, I don’t think there’s anything a King William could do to keep Harry, as Harry is now, from making trouble.

But if Harry goes to therapy, proper therapy and proper treatment for his mental health and addictions under a proper doctor’s care; stops suing everyone; handles Meghan’s chaos more appropriately; and stops whining to the press, then I think he could be managed with a country estate, some kind of allowance, and invites to family events. However I don’t think that’s possible with what we know about Harry now and the circumstances he’s currently in.

We need to keep talking about Harry and Meghan's use of surrogates to have children because it is getting talked about more and more loudly and not whispered anymore. It might not result in it being publicly confirmed (yet) but it will be driving the couple as well as Charles crazy because they want it kept secret.

If Sun = self, ego, identity and Jupiter = amplifier, then we could possibly see Meghan on an ego rampage. I believe she had 13 paid for articles about her in the Daily Mail today, which sounds like ego to me. I would think that she would be her normal self, ramped up to the nth degree, under this conjunction.

Sounds like she is mad that her Masterchef episode was a nothingburger. The Duchess only managed to bring in an additional 100K viewers and the show still landed in the 11th place in ratings, couldn't even crack into the Top 10.

I wonder if her bestie Gemma tuned in.

I didn't watch the clip of Harry calling in. Did Meghan just "happen" to have her phone with her while recording the show?

I haven't seen any video but in the review I read, it sounds like an assistant brought Meghan her phone when Harry called.

I have seen the clip (X or SMM can't remember). It is all so painfully staged.

By it I mean every single second is staged to the point of being painful to watch. I do not remember the last time Meghan came across as this desperate to be likable on camera. It's almost like you can tell she had everything riding on this TV appearance being her last chance to save her TV career.

And this is why she darkened the background of the photo, because she knows people know how to find places based on the towels, benches, etc. plus the two people you mentioned. We know she loves to brag about her Montecito’s home, if she had a private home in Portugal, she will bragging that too without all those filters she put in all those pictures.

Apart to make the illusion that the have money to invest in a house in Portugal, what other reason do they have to lie about it?

I don't think they even have a tract of land in their name in Portugal, let alone an entire house that was meant to be built from scratch when they first teased it.

I don't think Althorp was their first choice. I think they wanted a picture at KP's Sunken Garden by that statue. What better place to launch Diana's half Black grandkids than at Althorp. Imagine the headlines, optics🤪🤪🤪

Let's be real, Harry and Meghan haven't ever gotten their first choice with anything. Not with the wedding tiara and venue, and certainly not with anything else that has transpired since then.

We are talking about the same couple who milked the gravesite of veterans during Covid and called the press for the pictures. The same woman who used Uvalde victims for her ‘saint MM’ PR. The same woman who merched the clothes she used to visit a hospital in Australia.

Considering the toxic relationship they have with Diana (yeah call me hater but everything H has said about the things the whole family does for Diana, it’s toxic AF), its not difficult to understand why she believed that it was important to highlight it as summer hols!, and they need the connection with her. They are trying to had one with the royals thanks to Chuck, but even if they have it, good luck, it’s the Wales connection they need.

Because I think Charles is a type of parent you couldn’t let your guard off with, especially when he comes off as something but his staff acts another thing.

FWIW someone on SMM found pics of her pool at Montecito and the pave stones are an exact match to the picture from yesterday. Plus makes sense for the dog be in the picture back at home, since you have to quarantine dogs when you fly them overseas.

Apparently the pool is the one of their Montecito house. Earl Spencer and his new wife spent some days there after their wedding. According to DM.

I still can't get my head around why anyone believes they have a second home, in Portugal or anywhere else. She's constantly trying to show off/brag about her status. No way would she keep a second home secret! Or trips to Portugal/wherever. There'd be pictures all over her IG! Just like now.

If they went at all, she's using someone else's place, asever. Eugenie is due for baby #3 this summer and is probably already in UK so their place would be free. Hope she didn't leave anything blackmail worthy laying around.
