There is a huff as she stops at the side of the road so she can take her hands of her bike to sign. ‘I get turned around easily on curving roads,’ she admits easily. ‘Usually I am better prepared to do the trip considering I am aware of my horrible sense of directions. I put all faith in your directions.’
Now where the hell were they? They hadn’t even been traveling for an hour, so they couldn’t be too far off, but she had no idea where they were which made getting back on track a tad difficult.
“Yes, I can see that, as we are not in Opal. And instead we are in a seemingly random place.”
He did his best to look around, but the action was limited due to his situation.
“Though it seems that my directions may not be enough to get us home. And while it is a risk, I could try to open a shadow door.”
And with that, he opened a shadow door, doing his best to make it lead to Opal.
She tilts her head with a wry smile under her helmet. ‘It might be worth the risk, as it’s that or drive around lost for who knows how long.’
She does drive through the door, however, skidding to a halt once she comes out, blinking. This was not Opal. Well shit.
‘Alright so where are we now?‘
