some people really need to realize that your friends arent your therapist

yes maybe listening to someone vent is a part of the friendship and i always say if we're going to be there in the happy moments we should be there in the sad moments too but that doesn't mean someone is required to listen to you

they have every right to suddenly stop, that does NOT mean they're different now or they changed and became the most evil person on earth suddenly, if you only measure your friendship and how good a person is by how much of a therapist they are for you then excuse me you're the bad friend

guilt tripping them is the shittest move you can pull on your friends

on the same note people should also differ between what their overthinking say and what the real situation it

if your brain just all of a sudden convinced you of something because you overthink or insecure please PLEASE don't go make a whole drama and fight with your friends
