I’m doing a decently in depth study of a book in my English class and purposefully picking a book that’s really long that I’ve been putting off reading so I’m FORCED to read it

#will not regret this at all of course #I have like 6 weeks to read it though and it’s only like 800-900 pages #all things considered given my reading level that’s not that bad #that’s only about 140 a week #which is only 20 a day #one cozy rainy Sunday and I’m done with that book I swear

Got genuinely emotional on my way to class today thinking about the parallels in the proshot between Hades & Persephone and Orpheus & Eurydice

the way Orpheus lets Eurydice pull away with no pushback and allows her to return when she chooses to during All I’ve Ever Known vs Hades continuously reaching out to touch Persephone when she’s visibly uncomfortable and even pulling away during Chant is like the perfect way to show their relationship dynamics without using words omg

The acting choices during this show are wonderful and I do have one billion more thoughts, but those are for another day.

I always get so confused when I see the “high heart rate” warning on my watch when my boyfriend isn’t there
