There's a difference between taking care of yourself and trying to fix yourself. There's a difference between wanting to feel good and believing you're not good enough as you are right now.
Your brain is wired to seek improvement that's actually beautiful but ur brain starts believing that happiness lives on the other side of change. It creates this story that once you become "better" somehow, then you'll finally be worthy of love, success, confidence, all the good things.
but when you base your self-worth on external things, your brain gets stuck in a cycle . U achieve something, feel good temporarily, then need more to feel that same high. It's like chasing a moving target that keeps getting further away.
what u need to know is the most magnetic people aren't the ones who look perfect. They're the ones who are comfortable in their own skin. They're the ones who take care of themselves because they love themselves, not because they hate themselves.
When you do things from a place of self-love instead of self-hatred, everything changes. ur energy changes , ur confidence changes. The way you show up in the world changes. People can feel that difference . The real glow up isn't about becoming someone else. It's about becoming more yourself. It's about treating your body and mind with kindness while you're working on whatever goals you have. It's about knowing that you're already enough even as you're growing.
You can want to improve things about yourself yes and still love yourself right now. You can work toward goals yea and still appreciate where you are today. You can take care of your appearance and still know that your worth goes so much deeper than what you look like.
The most powerful thing you can do is change your inner dialogue. Instead of "I'll be happy when," say "I'm grateful for what I have while I work toward what I want." Instead of "I hate this about myself," try "I'm learning to love myself through this process."
Your brain is like a plastic bag it literally rewires itself based on your thoughts. Every time you choose self-compassion over self-criticism, you're building new neural pathways. You're training your brain to be kinder to you.
The glow up that will actually change your life isn't about your appearance only , It's about your relationship with yourself. It's about glowing up your mindset, your self-talk, your boundaries. It's about realizing that you were just learning to see yourself clearly.

you're too serious about the process. have more FUN. the more serious you are, the more solid and heavy things feel. when you focus on enjoying the present moment and having fun, the heaviness goes away and your positive energy becomes contagious. things will work out for you effortlessly. you'll then achieve your goals easier than ever and enjoy the journey too.
Self- Acceptance
I accept myself exactly as I am right now.
I accept myself unconditionally.
I accept love from myself.
I am at peace with where I am right now.
I embrace who I am.
I am perfect, just as I am.
I am creating my own love.
I am whole.
I am allowed to make mistakes and learn from them.
I am constantly growing, evolving and becoming my best self.

“One day it just clicks… You realise what is important and what isn’t, you learn to care less about what other people think of you and care more about what you think of yourself. You realise how far you have come and you remember thinking that things were such a mess they’d never recover and then you smile. You smile because you’re truly proud of the person you have fought to become.”

Working on trusting my intuition and judgement instead of seeking external guidance✨
Morning spiritual routine
Meditation focusing on breathing with my belly (breath work) to calm my parasympathetic nervous system
Maybe lighting some candles to create the mood, even just while grooming myself
Drinking water
Journaling: things I’m grateful for, affirmations and intention for the day
Tidying up space by taking care of cats and making bed
Mindful breakfast
Physical exercise if I have time: a walk in nature would be ideal to ground myself, but also yoga to stay mindful or any other activity to keep myself moving
Choosing crystals to bring with me during the day
