finished illustration of @chaoticcubekid 's OC Jekyll, done as part of an art trade! i had so much fun with this piece!

Jekyll was an out of nowhere addition to rhe ring of villains in valley city, usa. His first appearance in the city was a high speed chase on a stolen motorcycle (which is to the owners dismay, yet to be found) . The masked cowboy turned a corner and simply disappeared.

The Valley city Supercriminal enforcement agency( the vcsa), in cooperation the BIG corpation. Is on a hunt to track them down. Every time the masked marauder is seen robbing a gas station for a pack of malboros, or heisting a bank with infamous Supercriminal "The Doll" the vcsa gets on the chase only for the criminal to dissappear into a crowd.

The true identity of this villain is unknown to the vcsa, but the criminals alter ego aswell..
