You will be so much firmer in your conversations and more importantly, in yourself, now you know about it. You will find yourself holding your ground better and blaming yourself less. You will find yourself more confident in your truth.

It's important to remember but really hard to keep a grip on that someone can sound perfectly reasonable and calm and use all the PC therapy words and still be saying something cruel, and vice versa, incredibly inflammatory language can be used to say something kind.
