So for our main MAIN character for The Days Ahead we have:
Freya Serafim
aka a painter who is in the midst of extreme blue period because of their grief of losing her lover, lazy quite bb with silent sass
Two years ago before present time, Freya was slowly climbing up the art industry with their odd yet beautiful paintings, happily living with her musical lover, Roze, in their apartment at the city. Unfortunately Roze was diagnosed with late stage of heart cancer, when they finally gave in and wanted to spend their final moments home, they had a sudden cardiac arrest, leading to their death.
Freya fell into deep grief, to the point of becoming almost self-neglectful and selectively mute. Freya was already a pretty lazy person, being known as an oddball with head in the clouds and napping in weird spaces. She was also pretty quite to begin with yet after Roze's death they only ever talked to to those she has known for years, and its minimal at best.
Because of their grief they had completely lost their motivation and spark in art, leading to the fall out of their career, firing their art manager so that he didn't need to deal with them and pulling away from her family. The only person to stay with Freya is Chuck, who she has known since college and was there through her relationship with Roze.
The first year was the worst for Freya but they came around a bit after Chuck rescued a cat who she kept and named Bread, short for Bread Master 3000. Freya only really came in contact with Chuck and her parents, staying in her apartment and becoming accustomed to gaming, only ever going out if Chuck forces to go out with him.
And then Present time where Chuck does the whole shenanigan of finding a mansion complex, and then begging Freya to move in with him there as the beach side town the mansion resides in is where he's also gonna work at and also a chance for Freya to gain some inspiration to paint again.
Freya, who's tired of Chuck trying to help her, reluctantly agrees as they know in themselves that she misses painting and maybe wants to regain their spark. But yeah she didn't know that they would be having NEIGHBORS AKA HOUSEMATES in the mansion who (almost) all have the same case of blue period. Yet she's the only one who's the sad bb.
Other than the two bubbly artists, two other quite giants and one chill king, looky there its the mansion's owner, aka the one everyone has to pay for their rent aka Freya's old childhood friend who pulled away after she fell into grief. AAANND LOOKY HERE theres another tall bean who looks the MALE VER OF HER DEAD LOVER OMG.
So yeah the story will go around Freya and her adjusting to being around people again while also simultaneously having mixed feelings with another musician who awfully reminds her too much of Roze.
