Some personal character design work.  If you’re wondering why the oil-slick look, it’s because I ran them through Glaze just to be safe.  It works better on some things than others.

I had grand plans for my weekend.  GRAND PLANS.  I was going to draw something that wasn’t work for once!  And then I tried to get my printer to work correctly :(   For now I shall stare wistfully at this sketchdump of creatures on Yupo paper

I may have been unknowingly signed up for a 12 hour long ghost hunting ‘adventure’ in a decommissioned Navy ship tonight...

Time to dust off ye ole tumblr account now that it’s reportedly stopped claiming everything I post is nsfw. I still need to update some things here (like links and logos), but also my desktop bricked itself Monday, so I don’t have access to what I need atm.

Hello everyone!  As I’ve posted before, I largely don’t come to Tumblr anymore, and now that they’re cracking down on seemingly anything and claiming it’s ‘pornographic’, it’s the final nail in the coffin.  So if you would like to see my monster art and illustrations, please follow me on Facebook and Twitter @charamath or on Instagram @the_real_charamath

Hello everyone!  Judging by the dozens of email notifications I’ve gotten in the past few days I’m going to take a wild guess and say my Yzma’s came out of hiding again, lol.  So I just wanted to post to say that as much as I love Yzma, I mostly draw monsters now.  And I am not really on Tumblr anymore. Also I did not receive a single email telling me I had DMs, so there are an AWFUL LOT in there.  I will try to reply, but since I am currently prepping for my booth at Rose City Comic Con this weekend AND Son of Monsterpalooza the weekend after that, it may be a while.  Please bear with me.  But I can reply to about half of them by saying what stock I have left of the Yzma’s is available on my etsy shop.  If you want them all, I suggest the little book I made of them all.

It’s the last day of ECCC!  I’m buried in the Homegrown section (and really hard to find, I’ve been told).  I brought lots of new products and I’m trying out con exclusives for the first time!

I finally finished my Shenron from the Character Design Challenge in November.  I’ll be bringing some exclusive holographic prints to Emerald City Comic Con, but the original is currently up on ebay (because I have too many bills right now :/)
