‘’That’s good to hear, I don’t regret anything if that’s what you’re asking, forget I said anything.’’ Charlie said flashing a soft smile at her, he didn’t want to upset her, but couldn’t help but state the facts.

‘’Not saying you did, just others. But fine, I promise.’’ He sighed but smiled at her anyway. Acting like it and other people’s idea of you did that to a person. ‘’Ella, it’s been what? A few weeks? I’m not perfect boyfriend material, and you know it.’’

She couldn’t help but smile at that moment, she didn’t think Charlie looked for her by the sound of her heartbeat. “I didn’t knew you do that… You know?, you always find a way to make me feel better, no matter how bad things look”

Charlie smiled back, although his reasons weren’t entirely selfless. He nailed the sweet romantic talk and couldn’t be prouder. ‘’Now you know, I’m not made of stone you know, I can be a sap when I want to be, it’s nice to know my heart does more than keep me alive.’’ He joked sweetly, ‘’I want you to feel good, not bad, of course I find a way.’’

It’s probably easier for you with the werewolf ear” she was hoping that what she just said didn’t scared Charlie away. “I really hope that… I don’t want to stay like this forever”

I’ve never wanted to know how it feels to be a girl, I have three sisters, I’ve got enough of the emotional rollercoasters and all the drama for my whole life, to now have to be dealing with this. What pisses me more is that I’m trying to get back the girl that I love but I can’t find her anywhere

“Well, then if you can’t accept it, we’ll have to try it soon,” Ella said jokingly. “I like being smaller than you, so that way when I hug you I can hear your heart beating” she confessed. “I’m not okay with this, but I think I have to accept it until they find a way to fix it”

Charlie laughed before getting all serious-like. ‘’Any time, any place,’’ He challenged, amused that they weren’t running around like headless chickens over what happened. ‘’I didn’t even know you did that,’’ He didn’t know what to say, but secretly he liked it. ‘’Maybe we’ll stay like this forever, I’d laugh my ass off and probably throw myself a funeral.’’ He joked, before smiling reassuringly at Ella. ‘’It’s going to be fine, it’ll be over before you know it.’’

Not that I’m a shadowhunter, but missions are over-rated. Look at it from the bright side! Instead of just wondering about it, you actually get to experience what it’s like to be a girl, now isn’t that nice?
