hi! so fen and i have decided to give our blog a little bit of a revamp! (cpr!! quick!!! she's dying!!!!) and amongst a few of the ideas we've come up with for fun interactive ideas for the shiftblr community, we're thinking of starting a discord server for shiftblr!! this is just a quick interest check for that, so please, please boost and vote!

we'll hold weekly scripting sessions, chat rooms for different drs, and idea channels etc. + if any of you have fun ideas to include, let us know!!

MAKE A GRATITUDE JOURNAL! it will enrich your cr life and thus can only positively affect your mood and shifting process by extension. it’s helped tons of people shift and maybe the fact that you’re missing out on your cr is what’s keeping you from your dr
