After his work out session at the gym, Chase headed back home and started to brainstorm some wedding ideas. He knew they had just gotten engaged but it was safe to say he was excited about actually tying the knot. Getting into the confession, Chase let out a deep sigh as he ran his hand through his hair, “I smell right now but I have an excuse I swear” he said with a small chuckle. 

“Anyways, ever since Cassidy said yes to the proposal everyone’s been asking me what kind of wedding we’re gonna have or what we’re gonna do for it and all that shit. And honestly, I’ve got no clue” he shrugged. 

“I mean, if it was up to me I’d do a drive thru Vegas wedding and just get it over with. We’ve known each other for a long time so a wedding won’t really change much, but I know Cassidy’s family and even my family would want like a formal wedding, which I guess I don’t mind.” he was sure his granddad would want something traditional and his dad probably wouldn’t care to be honest. 

“Cassidy and I haven’t talked about it too much lately but I’m pretty sure that conversation is coming up soon. So I’ve gotta brainstorm some ideas here. I’m thinking the ever so cliche beach wedding. I like the beach, Cass like the beach, seems like a great idea right? But I guess there’s the sand that’s really annoying and then we’d have to have the wedding in the summer because it’ll be cold as hell in the fall.”

How have you not known this after knowing me for so long? Lol, nah, I think my body is weird. Coffee and the like don’t really energize me. I love tea, but not so much coffee or energy drinks. Now if you wanna put me asleep, give me a Red Bull and I’ll be out in half an hour. Oh! Why did I think you were there for like less than six months? Or was that y’all moving into the new house? Lol, priorities. Aw, well how long have you known you were going to propose? Thanks! I need to find a Holmes. Right? I’d live in the water… gah, I sound like a whale. 

I don’t know, it’s like we’re meeting for the first time. Where do you get your caffeine fix then, just tea? Red Bull puts you to sleep? That’s so weird, but I’ll keep that in mind. Yeah that was the mostly the moving that happened, just a few months ago. I’ve known for like a month or two, it just took awhile to decide how to do it and which ring to pick out. Or a shark, sharks are pretty awesome.

Yeah she had a husband, but she was supposedly loving me and supposed to be choosing me over said man. So the whole starry eyed teenager with the hot as fuck cougar that ‘loved’ me was supposed to say yes. That kinda fucked me up a bit. Who B? Yeah, she wants to marry me. We’ve talked about it, but I’m just afraid that when it comes to actually doing it, what If the reality sets in and she realizes that she’s tied to me all her life? Let me know how it goes though?  

If it was a movie that’s how it would have turned out, but hey all things happen for a reason and you were young, if you would have married her you would have never gotten with Bella. I don’t think she’d mind being tied down to you all her life but I’m sure you’ll get there when you’re ready even if it takes awhile. It went perfectly, got a yes and everything!

Aww, well thanks babe. I know I can always count on you. Right? Not going to lie it’s very exciting and fun to say. I keep thinking the excitement might wear off, but so far that is not the case at all. We probably sound obnoxious lol.

So how many people have you told already now? I think the excitement won’t wear out in a long time, we’ll be 80 and still married and still excited. We’re pretty obnoxious but I’m okay with it.
