New to Tumblr!

Hi everyone! If we didn’t already talk, HI! I’m Shawna.

This blog was formerly known as “marinewifeandmama” and it was sold to the company I work for, by the lovely owner, Victoria. My company buys blogs to run a whole bunch of social media tests/trials with.

I was picked out to test out the “mom-side” of Tumblr. We go through a series of tests to see who we best match with and I was chosen for this part. My company is looking to see how well we can blend blogs between the seller and the buyer. In other words, they are monitoring whether I can run the blog as efficiently as the original owner, and what drives the users of Tumblr to follow/unfollow/interact. So I’ll add a little bit about myself!

I’m 21 years old and I’ve been engaged for the past two years, but we’ve been together for a total of 4 years. I’m currently expecting our first baby, and we found out just a few days ago. I’ll mostly be blogging about my pregnancy, family life and being a new mom (exciting!).

Part of this “experiment” is me opening my life up COMPLETELY, through good and bad. After 60-90 days of being monitored on the activity of followers, the blog will be released to me for complete personal use, and no longer being tested. I hope to make some awesome friends along our journey!

Oh, BTW, we have been authorized to update on Jonathan, Victoria and Leo as they send us photos/updates, within the 60-90 day period.
