on and off wagon. this is getting tiring
should be writing an essay right now. or reading. I did slim in 6 today. I gave into the weight lifting trend. Yes, I know, its always been good for me. Not like I haven't done toning exercises billions of times before! But i was getting fixated on the scale that now says I'm a whopping 186 POUNDS! Yea, ALOT! Well i just wanted to see that number go away. 170s, I used to hate you, but you are looking damn good next to 186. So I've been walking more and eating less. Ive lost like 2 lbs bc i keep over eating randomly at night. Anyway, I'm done with the number. That number makes me sick and I don't want to look at it. I took "before" photos today so I have a starting point. That was rough! I looked horrible. I don't even resemble myself anymore. It's like I let myself go completely. I won't put them up for anyone to see until I change. Going to do slim in 6 for probably 7 weeks. Obviously its supposed to be for 6, but its Wednesday and I did the first dvd and I'm switching to the second on Sunday or Monday. I remember the 3rd being sooooo hard that I did it like twice and never touched it again, so i wanted to give myself extra time to build to that. 1200-1400 cals a day. whole foods as much as i can I won't be perfect. Today, my boyfriend bought me a hoagie for dinner from this really well-known delicious deli. We are also like really poor so he was really excited to bring it to me. So we ate our hoagies and i was over 225 cals today. Not gonna beat myself up over it. That put me at 1500 cals eaten, but burned about 100 cals doing Slim in 6, so I'm good. I'll take a "during" photo and my measurements mid March to see if there is a difference. Like I said, I'm not going by the scale this time. My thighs and upper back are sore. I like it :)
Another dinner spent all baaa myself.
