Goodbye Percy we had a good run

Nothing makes me more soft than the fact that during one of the worst periods of his live, 14-year-old Percy woke up in the middle of the night to travel to the ocean floor to rescue a (for him) random sea creature.
Nothing aside from the fact that once he figured out that Bessie was terrified of swords, he immediately put riptide away, sat down next to him and untangled the net he was captured in section by section, which took at least an hour, all the while talking to Bessie in a calm and soothing voice to make him feel safe.
I love this boy so much :((((
The gods in the pjo universe work for religions that fall under polytheism but what about religions that are monotheistic like how does that work
The god are aren't just a good allegory for parental neglect but a good way of showing how the adults in the real world don't have it all figured out and how things can easily fall through the cracks with their baseline of not being able to understand children or have enough empathy to try

This is so cool
Since Luke has the power to unlock locks if he was in a glass cage do you think the screws would be the lock cause itâs whatâs keeping it together
I just know Chiron hates having the sex ed talk with the year rounders like that lesson would be everyone cringing
Do you think Percy could control the mist like mist is just water particles in the air if you think about
Luke's complete disregard for mortals in his vision for the new age in season 2 makes a lot of sense considering he never had the chance to foster a love for that side of himself and grew mostly dealing with the god side of everything. Plus living on the streets typically opens a door to see the worst in people and the example he does have of mortals are through other demigods and their parents like Annabeth. So that doesn't leave a very good impression either. So from the bitter resentment towards the gods he has completely disregarded humanity focusing on demigods and monsters. I just think thatâs an interesting thing considering Percy is his foil and I think one of his greatest strengths is his humanity. Thatâs why he was able to decline becoming a god. Whereas Luke became as close to a god as he can be leading to him getting taken over by Kronos.
percy thinking that disarming luke the way luke taught him was the end of the fight but luke just continuing to fight using brute strength because percy is fighting to end the fight, but luke is fighting to kill his opponent... percy learning how to fight from luke and therefore luke always having the upper hand on him.... percy, months after luke is gone, admitting that he still hears luke's instructions in his head when he fights.... i think it's very interesting that everyone regards percy as one of the strongest modern demigods, but in his own head - subconsciously or consciously - he's always going to be trying to live up to luke.... whatever idgaf !!!
I do think about how sometimes Hazel will probably see Leo in certain angles and see Sammy in him getting that homesick feeling for someone she once knew and knowing full well that theyâre not the same boy
You know the more I think about it, I think the Stoll brothers were probably the most affected by Nico leaving (not including Percy). Like the brothers had Nico on their team during Capture the Flag. Nico lived in the Hermes Cabin those three or four days. So of course as head counselors, they took him under their wing. Not to mention it was during the year so there were hardly any campers about. So the Stoll brothers wouldâve had more time with Nico. Despite him being super annoying, and talking about Mythomagic all the time, I think they wouldâve liked Nico as their surrogate younger brother. But the main thing that truly connects them to Nico? They saw this 10 year old boy being bitter about his older sister joining the Hunters. He thought Bianca betrayed him by joining them, and essentially âabandoningâ him at Camp Half Blood. And what does that remind the Stoll brothers of?
Luke
Their older brother who had betrayed them, and is working for Kronos. They know EXACTLY what Nico is feeling right now. So of course theyâre going to take this boy under their wing. Listen to him ramble about Mythomagic, and maybe even play a few games with him. Heck, they probably went and did a few pranks with him, and taught him how to steal. Those four days the Stoll brothers made sure to keep Nico happy and distracted as they wait for Bianca to come back.
And the rest is history đą
If youâre not your godly parents favorite child you pretty much donât exist to them or barely do
Watching the series and seeing the faces it makes me sad that whatâs considered an older camper at camp is a literal 12-13 year old like theyâre just babies not even in highschool yet
Not camp half blood being actual Greek life since their related to Greek gods the quest are like an equivalent to hazing to prove youâre worthy
I think people need to understand that if it wasnât Luke who started the war it would have been someone else he was just angry and neglected enough that Kronos could take advantage of him but that war was happening sooner or later even if it was 10 to 20 years down the line cause there will always be a demigod who understands their mistreatment and how unfair it is
You think a lot of campers get imposter syndrome when they canât live up to the myths or do well in their parents domain
