summer art goals

(no, not all of them. I'm just throwing several ideas on the wall and we'll see how many of them I can accomplish)

physical pixel art extravaganza:

bead loom - test run: 16x16 piece (it's done but I applied glue to some areas and it needs to dry before I trim and post pics)

bead loom - actual braclet/lanyard size

mosaic - test run 16x16 piece

a bigger mosiac would be insane but maybe? (It'd be like 2.5 pixels per inch with the tile mold i have)

rhinestones - already done a few tests so I'll probably bedazzle a bigger thing

tufting - test run: 16x16 piece

tufting - larger piece

pointillism - test run 16x16 piece

I've been talking less about projects I want to do because I really internalized this, uhhh, theory, I guess? That talking about your work unlocks a little bit of dopamine about it and then you have slightly less motivation to actually do it. And so I stopped talking about things I want to do or ideas I have. I think I've overdone it because now I'm undermotivated in general.

All that to say: I'm now ready to jibberjabber about creative shit again so get ready. I'm off work for the summer so I gotta do artsy stuff.

Hey quick question about your tarot set on Roll20. How does it handle inverted cards? I know a lot of people just include a second copy of each card inverted, is this the case with your set or are you doing something fancier. I'm asking because I'm in the process of importing the major arcana only set from the RTG Cyberpunk Red DLC.

I just include two copies, upright and inverted. The chances of drawing both are somewhat low unless you're drawing a ton of cards.

I thiiiink I've seen someone working on a script thing that could handle inverse cards, but just including both cards is simpler and accessible to those without a pro account.

I made a fake enemy and edited into Breath of Fire 3 gifs! 

Breath of Fire 3 is a huge influence on my work and easily my favorite game of all time.
