'Big Bad' not so bad?👹🅰

Just been thinking and you know how Marlene said that 'big bad' is worse than A? Well so far they haven't really been ruthless in anyway? I know the emotions make 'big bad' look 12 but I also get that it's relevant to use them because I mean when PLL began I feel like phones didn't even have emojis, now it's a huge part of texting so meh whatever! But 'big bad' has threatened all the girls yet not acted on these threats once. Hanna even tricked BB(how I'm going to refer to big bad) and suffered no consequence but a scary breakfast meal. I know Hannah feels she is the reason Emily was targeted but why would BB punish Emily and not Hanna when they did before (cus uber A) like honestly Emily is the only one getting shit from BB! She got her eggs stolen and she was nearly killed, while at the same time she got her finger prints all over the murder weapon! Also BB is sending her baby stuff like they are going to do something with her eggs! While Aria is writing Fitz book for him and BB didn't even care about it! And Spencer only got a text about Toby saying like gutted for you your not good enough... Not a threat just something that will hit a nerve, also the whole thing with Ali getting a text after being like does the good doctor know, so she just tells him so BB's threat is no longer even relevant for her and now they are getting married JS, Rollins clearly doesn't give a fuck! So far 'Big bad' has been far from big or bad toward anyone but Emily, is there a reason for this? Please expand on this if anyone has any theories or ideas related!

Pll "we've all got baggage"

No one has spoken about the box Emily got sent, from "A" or "big bad" wouldn't this mean they had sperm and we're going to artificially inseminate the eggs and then someone will carry it? I mean if they really are threatening to make Emily a mum? Like in the books? If anyone can strengthen this would be great! Basically what I'm trying to say is there must be two in the "big bad" team and they must be opposite sex?
